The Imperial Hotel - Barnstaple

The 4-star Imperial Hotel is located in the centre of Barnstaple, overlooking the River Taw. There is a formal restaurant serving 2 and 4-course dinner, as well as relaxed dining in our Colours Bar and terrace lounge.

The Imperial Hotel offers free parking and is only a 10-minute drive from the beautiful North Devon coast. The coastal village of Clovelly, with its 14th-century harbour, and the beautiful Lynton and Lynmouth coast are also nearby.

Spend a few relaxing moments during morning coffee or afternoon tea, and make the most of the hotels service,guests comfort is of paramount importance.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that the hotel has a preferred dress code of no sportswear, t-shirts or ripped denim in the Arlington Restaurant after 18:30. Casual dining is available in the Colours Bar.

Please note a selection of the hotels rooms are located within the grounds of the hotel in its Rivercourt Building and are accessed via a separate entrance. Also if you would like to bring a dog please call the hotel to discuss room types.
