Set in the Lake District National Park,of the rooms at the 17th-century Swan Hotel have teacoffee facilities and TVs and desks. Some rooms have fell or garden views.

The Bar features a fireplace, local ales and a traditional menu of dishes. With its fine selection of local real ales, wide choice of wines and spirits, freshly brewed teas and coffees, throw in stunning views and a welcoming, relaxed interior, The Swan is a delight to enjoy a eat and drink in.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Double or Twin Room. These rooms include a satellite TV, en suite bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms are located in the main building and some are in a separate building which is only a short distance away. Room allocation is subject to availability on the day. ;
Superior Double or Twin Room with sofa bed. These rooms are spacious and include a satellite TV, en suite bathroom, sofa bed and tea and coffee making facilities. ;
Family Room with Bunks. The Family Rooms with Bunks include a TV, en-suite bathroom, bunk beds and teacoffee making facilities. These rooms are located in an external building which is separate from the main building however is only a short distance from the dining facilities. ;
Budget Double Room. Featuring free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
