The hotel is located just an hour from central London, 35 miles from Gatwick airport (LGW) and 10 minutes off the A3 motorway. Haslemere train station is 1.5 miles away, with frequent trains to London and Portsmouth.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Check out is until 11:00. Late check out can be arranged with the hotel directly at an additional GBP 10 per hour.

Departing guests may continue to use the spa facilities up until 12:00. If guests wish to continue to use the spa facilities after check-out, there is a charge of GBP 15 per person.

Please note that the childrens swimming times are between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday, and between 10:00 and 12:00 and 15:00 and 18.00 Saturdays and Sundays.
