Written authorization signed by their parents and copies of parents ID’s are needed, forguests under 18 years old. In compliance with Licensing Law,under 18 will be asked to leave Bar after 20:00.

Group bookings of over 15 persons will need to contact the hotel’s groups department directly, to make sure that the hotel can allocate as many of the guests in the same rooms.

Non Refundable bookings are not amendment and not transferable.

Palmers Lodge operates a maximum stay policy of 14 nights. No guests can stay longer than 14 total nights within any 6-month period.

Guests are reminded that once they have paid on the day of check-in, no refunds will be issued.
