The Trelinda Guest House - Newquay

The Trelinda Guest House isin central Newquay, a 5-minute walk from Newquay’s scenic Towan Beach. It has rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, breakfasts cooked to order and free parking.

The Trelinda is 700 metres from Newquay Golf Club. Newquays town centre and bus station are both just a 2-minute walk away.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested.

The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four persons.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation.

Any one bringing in unregistered gueststhe guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights.

Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor.

Please note reception is closed at 21:00. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date.

The parking is free and there are enough spaces forguests, however, it can be difficult to organise cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient.

Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly.

Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park.

Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities, devices with large lithium batteries or portable fridges (coolers) are permitted in any of the guest rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
